π How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you're experiencing an issue with your ZAVINA jewellery, follow these simple steps and our team will take care of the rest.
- Contact our team with your original order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
- Describe the issue and include at least one clear photo showing the concern. The more detail you provide, the faster we can assist you.
Our team will carefully review your claim based on the information provided. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation and be eligible for a full refund.
Coverage Details
β What Is Not Covered
To ensure we can process your claim efficiently, please note the following conditions are not covered under our warranty:
- Tarnishing, discoloration, patina, or colour changes (including green tones) β these are natural occurrences with certain metals
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear, which is common with jewellery
- Modifications or repairs performed by third parties β these void the warranty
The warranty does not cover damage caused by personal misuse or destruction, and applies only to defects resulting from manufacturing errors or material faults.
