At ZAVINA, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Our shipping policy is designed to provide clarity and convenience for all our customers.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Exclusions: Please note that our processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Time

Typically, orders can be expected to arrive within 5-15 business days (not incl. processing time). It is important to note that while we aim for this window, orders may arrive sooner or later than this expected timeframe.

Crucially, please be aware that as ZAVINA operates on a global logistics model, this timeframe is an estimate. Delivery times may vary and can be extended due to factors entirely beyond our control.

In rare instances, and due to these unavoidable international logistical variables, delivery may take up to 25 business days. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these disclosed variables and the potential for the extended delivery window.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery. This number allows you to follow the status of your delivery in two ways, directly on our website via our dedicated "Track Your Order" page, or by third party tracking websites.

Please note that tracking numbers may take a few business days to display initial updates. Updates will be visible on our "Track Your Order" page as soon as the package has been scanned by the carrier (shipped), not when the order is initially fulfilled.

  • We recommend reviewing your shipping address carefully when placing an order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
