Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your item to request a refund.
We advise to not submit a refund ticket if product has not arrived yet. In the rare instance if your order has not arrived after 30 business days of original purchase, your order is eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 business days of your purchase date. We offer three ways to resolve your request — choose whichever works best for you:

Full Refund in Store Credits. Prefer store credit? We'll issue a full refund as store credit to use on any future order. Store credits never expire and can be applied at checkout instantly.
Full Refund to Original Payment Method. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method, our team will review your request. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. We strongly recommend our Keep & Discount option as the fastest, easiest, and most rewarding solution for both parties.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear including scratches, scuffs, tarnishing, discoloration, or color changes are not eligible. Similarly, items with missing tags, packaging, or accessories, as well as items damaged due to improper care or storage, cannot be accepted for return or full refund.
To request a resolution, contact us at shop@zavina.co with your order number, order details, and proof of purchase. Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a full refund to your original payment method or in store credits.
Membership Refunds
Due to the multiple notifications provided throughout the shopping experience, refund eligibility for ZAVINA+ subscription charges is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Members can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account via the footer or main menu. For more information please refer to our Subscription Policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right piece is to request a refund for your original order and place a new order separately. We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale items, gift cards, or items purchased with promotional codes (store credit only for promotional purchases).
Returns not meeting our eligibility criteria will be denied or may receive only partial refunds. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval, though please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
