Subscription Policy
Overview
By subscribing to ZAVINA+, you agree to these terms and authorise recurring charges at your selected billing frequency. Membership is billed at £2.95 for the first trial month, then £30/month after and can be modified or cancelled at any time through your customer account.
Billing & Payment
Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. After enrolling in ZAVINA+ you'll receive an email about your membership after your purchase — no surprises.
Modifications & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account via the header icon or footer menu. From your account dashboard you can view store credits, manage, pause, or cancel your membership.
Pausing Your Subscription
Need a break? You can pause your membership for up to 3 months by selecting "Manage Membership" in your account. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period unless you choose to extend or cancel.
Store Credits
For every £1 spent on your ZAVINA+ subscription, you earn £1 in store credits — up to £30 per month. Your monthly subscription fee converts directly into store credit. If your first month is a discounted trial, store credits will reflect the amount actually paid.
Refunds
Because members are notified of subscription terms at multiple touchpoints before and during purchase on product pages, cart page, checkout page and other pages across our website, and have the ability to cancel at any time, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
